Following an industry appetite for an all-in-one verification solution, Pion was born in January 2024 to help brands connect with ten strategically chosen consumer groups: Students, Graduates, Military, Healthcare workers, Teachers, First responders, Charity workers, Low income, People with disabilities, and Parents.
While Student Beans continues as the consumer-facing student discount marketplace, other entities within the business were integrated into the Pion brand during its launch. This includes Voxburner, a specialist in youth insights, and the renowned Youth Marketing Strategy (YMS) conference series, held annually in the UK and US.
