Aliyah Khaki is a Technology Innovation Manager at M&S, where she’s helping shape the future of retail by exploring cutting-edge technologies that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Since joining M&S in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager, Aliyah has led a number of digital initiatives, drawing on her deep experience in e-commerce, digital transformation, and online marketing.
With a strong belief that innovation must be customer-led and commercially grounded, Aliyah brings a pragmatic lens to emerging technologies—especially in the fast-evolving world of AI. She is passionate about bridging the gap between experimentation and scalable impact, and is currently focused on unlocking the potential of AI across the retail value chain, from personalisation and supply chain optimisation to next-gen store experiences.
Aliyah is especially excited to engage with the next generation of founders, engineers, and technologists who are reimagining the boundaries of what's possible. She believes that the most powerful innovations happen when curiosity meets collaboration.

Oliver is an entrepreneur, speaker and founder of cocreatd - a venture studio for the creative industries.
Cocreatd invents, incubates and invests in marketing companies. Finding talent with big ideas and backing them with everything they need to succeed - money, support, and a community platform.
Previously Oliver served as CEO of Flight Story, the global marketing and innovation group he founded with Steven Bartlett. Exiting that business in 2023.
